Multiple OS in VPS Servers
Our VPS server packages include three Linux releases which you may pick from for the Operating System of your new hosting server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. Aside from being cost-free, the OSs are very stable and safe and the key reason to offer you all three of them is to ensure that you can run any kind of app that you'd like, because different pieces of software have different requirements about the environment they can be used on. Each of the three OSs is backed by a huge community of web developers who have created a large number of software packages which you can set up and use on your VPS. In accordance with the Operating System which you choose, you will also be able to choose between three different Control Panels to handle your web hosting content. Needless to say, should you decide that you need a different OS, we could always re-install the server with it. As a paid upgrade, we also offer weekly updates of the Operating System for optimum stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Servers
The dedicated server plans that we offer come with three different Operating Systems to choose from. They are all Linux distributions - Ubuntu, CentOS and Debian, and not only do they have no license charges, but they’re also regarded as the most stable and safe OSs. We provide three different ones as each one of them is supported by a different community. The packages that you can add on your hosting server are different and this may matter if you want to install some piece of software with specific requirements for the hosting environment. In this light, the web hosting Control Panel which you can select for the dedicated server also depends on the Operating System that you will select. You may choose any of the three Operating Systems during the order procedure, yet if necessary, we can always set up the server anew with an alternative one upon your request. As an optional service that you can add to the package at any time, we can update the OS on a regular basis so as to keep it as risk-free as possible.
