With our Managed Services package, we’ll take care of that on your behalf. Your Virtual Private Server will be added to a custom–developed monitoring software system and if there’s a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be warned instantly.

Weekly Backups

In case you have a popular website or a resource–demanding web app, it is compulsory to have a full backup copy of everything. Unfortunately, setting up an automatic backup system is tough. That is why we offer you our Managed Services solution – we will maintain a complete backup of your VPS server, not just of your sites and data, but of all the custom modifications that you have created. Our backup scripts are run each and every week, saving all the changes that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your Virtual Private Server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & set up special software apps on it. And if this may sound like something much too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Managed Services package, is the perfect thing for you. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our skilled server admins who will install any software package or solve any trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With our KVM VPS Servers, it’s an additional feature.
